Recognition type

• Detection of different patterns among repeated patterns
  • With making background by the repeated patterns, different patterns can be detected.
  • Scratches on glass surface or scratches and foreign bodies on metal surface can be detected.
• Detection of patterns (figures) on 3D deformation object surface
  • Feature points are registered from the master image to check with points on the captured image.
    Same/different type is judged by the matching ratio.
  • Different type mixing check for bag products running on a conveyor can be performed.
• Recognizing the plane shape of an inclined object
  • With registering the plane part of the target as a master, recognition is performed by checking with the captured image.
    At this time, changing angle of the flat part is not a problem.
  • Same type products that have flat part on the conveyor can be checked.
• Detection of 3D objects
  • With registering target images captured from multiple angles as a master, recognition is performed by checking with images captured by multiple cameras.
  • A target can be detected from multiple works on the pallet.
• Color identification
  • With registering standard color of the target, identification is performed by checking colors of the captured image.
  • Identification of fruits or vegetables or detection of plague can be performed.
• Classification of target materials and states
  • With registering the target object and states as a teaching image, captured image is identified and classified.
  • Patterns on glass substrate can be checked.
• Various code reading
  • We support OCR or ECC200/QR/PDF417/RSS etc.
